- Regulatory and government authorities: such as the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or RERA, where required for title verification, registration, or compliance;
- Technology and operational vendors: such as website hosting, CRM, analytics, and communication tool providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business), who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Event partners: where you register for a co-hosted roadshow or event, limited to what is necessary for event logistics;
- Legal authorities: where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HOUSIO, our clients, or others.
We do not share your information with property developers or brokers for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

HOUSIO operates from offices in India (Delhi, Gujarat, Gurugram), the UAE (Dubai), and Canada (Toronto).
